How to connect your Instagram account to BIX?
Requirements:
- Minimum 1000 followers
- Account must be public (not private)
- Must have a Business OR Creator account connected to a Facebook page

How to allow permissions through Facebook (for Instagram account information)?
- Click "Connect Instagram" on your BIX profile.
- When the Facebook pop-up opens, log in using your Facebook credentials.
- Select the Facebook business account associated with your Facebook Page.
- Select the Facebook Page associated with your Instagram Account.
- Select ONLY the Instagram Account you want to connect.
- Click “Save” and you’re all done!
Important Note:
When you see the Facebook pop-up, please select only the one Facebook Page and Instagram accounts that are associated with each other.
If you only have one page, this should not be an issue. If you have multiple pages, be sure to select the correct one.
Linking a Facebook page to your Instagram account directly from the Instagram app:
- Open the Instagram app and go to your account profile
- Click “Edit Profile”
- Scroll down to “Page” under ‘Public business information’
- Click “Change or create page”
- Login to your Facebook account
- Select an existing page to link OR create a new one
- Complete the setup, and that’s it! Now return to BIX and connect your Instagram account.
